Complete your order, instead of clicking on the "place order" button, print the page and mail it to us at: Pro Board Shop, 200 S Owasso Blvd. E, St. Paul, MN 55117 with your personal check, money order or credit card number and expiration date. Again, please remember to include your name, address (billing and shipping) and billing phone number.
