At Proboardshop, shipping and handling charges are based on the following:

  • The delivery option you choose
  • The weight, size and dimensions of your items
  • Your shipping preferences

Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the Checkout before you submit your order.

Restrictions To Our Free Shipping Program

US Orders

  • Express orders to the Continental United States are shipped FED EX Ground, or FED EX Air. All Post Office (P.O.) Boxes will be shipped using Economy Ground.
  • Orders to APO, AE, AA, AP or any other Armed Services deliveries are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) only.
  • Ground Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam and American Samoa are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) . Air shipments are sent via FED EX Air.
  • Ground Orders to Alaska are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) . Air shipments are shipped by FED EX Air.
  • Bonus Items such as snowskates or skateboards will not be shipped with air shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, American Samoa or Canada. A pair of sunglasses will be substituted.

  • For large oversized items such as board bags, etc. please call 1-888-557-0551 for a sales representative if items are not shipped with a board.
  • For windsurfers, sails, booms, and masts for shipments to Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, or American Samoa: Please call 1-888-557-0551 and ask for a sales representative to provide you with shipping costs.

Canada Orders

Clearing customs can delay the shipment for up to 10 days.  Shipping times do not include customs clearance.

  • Orders to Canada are shipped Fedex or US Mail. For fast delivery, please contact one of our sales staff for more information.
  • Customer is responsible for all local duties and taxes.
  • If for any reason duties, taxes, and other fees are not paid by the customer resulting in a charge to Tru Sports by the shipping company, Pro Board Shop will charge the customer's account for these fees.

International Orders

Clearing customs can delay the shipment for up to 10 days.  Shipping times do not include customs clearance.

  • Windsurfing sails, booms, masts, etc., please email us at service@activesportsinc.com for shipping costs.

Sales Tax


  • US Orders: No Sales Tax on orders shipped outside Minnesota.
  • Internet Orders: Applicable sales tax for a particular country might be applied at time of delivery.
