All Air and Express Ground Orders are shipped within 24 hours, 5 days a week M-F. If an order is placed before Noon CST, that order will be shipped the same day M-F (95% of the time).

All Free Economy Ground Orders are shipped within 48 hours, 5 days a week M-F.*

If your order is not complete according to 1-3 below, one of our Customer Service representatives will contact you by phone and email.  Please get back to us ASAP.

1. The order is missing the CVV code (the 3 numbers on the back of your card, American Express has 4 digits on the front of the card). This is due to the credit card verification process.
   
   
2. The billing address on the order does not match the address on file with your credit card company.  This delay is also due to the credit card verification process.
   
   
3. Insufficient funds available.

Free Economy Ground Shipping (3-6 Business Days Delivery)
(Shipped by FedEx. No PO boxes. Lower 48 States only.) On orders over $50.

Free Economy Ground is available on orders over $50. Free economy ground orders are shipped within 2 business days with a total delivery time of 3-6 days (see map below). If you don't want to wait 3-6 business days to receive your order, you can select Express Ground Shipping with a 1-4 business days delivery (see map below).

Please note: If you selected Free Economy Ground Shipping, your order will arrive within the time promised. However, you will not receive a tracking number until the order is actually shipped, which is up to 2 days after you placed your order.





When you order from Proboardshop, we make every effort to ship your express order within 24 hours Monday thru Friday. Express shipping orders are usually shipped within 24 hours M-F with a total delivery time of 1-4 business days (see map below).
